Frequently asked questions
ORDERS
All products in our range are made in Poland from the finest quality wool and linen.
We usually process orders within 48 hours.
The exception is made-to-order products, for which the shipping wait is around 10 days. The stated processing time is an estimate and may sometimes be shorter.
We can update delivery details as long as the order has not yet been sent to fulfilment. To do so, email us at halo@owcasklep.pl
Yes, you can receive a VAT invoice for products purchased in our shop. During checkout, select the "company" option in the details form and enter your invoice details.
PRODUCTS
If a product is unavailable, sign up for a back-in-stock notification. As soon as it returns to sale, we'll let you know by email.
At Owca we don't make mass production runs. Our pieces are handmade, and some require more work and are sewn to order.
For production and logistics reasons, we don't fulfil custom orders. Our products are made in set batches, in selected styles and colours.
We don't maintain a waiting list, but you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification. As soon as the product becomes available, we'll send you an email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We don't offer an exchange procedure. If a product doesn't meet your expectations or you'd like a different colour, please return it and place a new order.
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return a product, use the Easy returns tool.
The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer.
Unfortunately we don't offer this option. Please send your return to our office address.
PAYMENTS
If a payment error occurs, you can pay for your order by bank transfer. You'll find all the necessary payment details below.
Please include your order number in the transfer reference.

Yes, we ship to selected European countries:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Luxembourg.
We don't currently offer click-and-collect.

We currently offer a 5% discount for signing up to our newsletter. If you've already used that code, check our Instagram — additional discount codes and bonuses appear there regularly. :)
